Life

So, I started this blog years ago when I was planning my wedding. A lot has changed in the past 4 or so years. We are coming up on being married for 3 years, we started our own business, gained custody of my husbands niece (Rebeca) and have had a little girl of our who who is 9 months old (Samantha). I've had some growing up to do over night and learning how to deal with being a mother to a troubled 9 year old who is now 11. We have had some very "interesting" times over the past two years and with her being a preteen I know things are about to get even more "interesting. No matter what though, I would not give any of it back. I know what we have done for Rebeca is for the best and that she will have a wonderful life because of it.

Becoming a mother to Samantha has been the most wonderful feeling I have ever felt. The past 9 months have been just wonderful. From giving birth to her, bringing her home from the hospital, her first everything, teething,  saying Momma and Dada, cawing to now getting ready to take her first steps. Every day is wonderful and amazing and I LOVE being a mommy.

Recently I have made a wonderful friend who I know is a true friend. Here in Ocala true friends are hard to come by. I am very thankful to have met her.

This is my life now, wife, mother and friend.
